Dr. Rebecca Woolnough, MD, FRCPC Pediatrics
Dr. Woolnough is the Chief of Pediatrics at Headwaters Health Care Centre. Dr. Woolnough completed medical school at the University of British Columbia followed by residency in Pediatrics at Queen’s University. She has a postgraduate diploma in clinical dermatology from Barts and The London School of Medicine. She holds an academic appointment at McMaster University.
Dr. Woolnough was born in Orangeville and grew up in Caledon. She has recently returned to Dufferin County where she now resides with her husband, two children and dog.
Dr. Woolnough practices the full breadth of pediatric medicine but has expertise and interest in newborn care and dermatology. She feels deeply privileged to be able to help children and families in this community.
Dr. Seamus Mac Farland, MD, FRCPC Pediatrics
Dr. Mac Farland was born in Derry, Northern Ireland. He completed his undergraduate degree in Physiology at Trinity College Dublin. He went on to obtain his medical degree at University of Limerick. He pursued dual training in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology under the Irish Higher Specialist Training Programme. Afterwards, he completed his fellowoship in Pediatric Epilepsy at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto.
Dr. Mac Farland has a special interest in seizures, complex genetic disorders and neurodisability. Dr. Mac Farland resides in the Orangeville area with his wife and two children. When he is not at the hospital, he enjoys jogging around Island Lake and listening to nostalgic noughties indie music.
Dr. Tom Leibson, MD
Dr. Leibson is a Staff Pediatrician at the Headwaters Division of Pediatrics. He is also affiliated with the Mother--Baby Unit at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Leibson has completed his pediatric residency in Ben-Gurion University, Beer Sheva, Israel, as well as postgraduate training in Pediatric Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. He has an interest in fetal development and neonatal clinical pharmacology with expertise in the potential outcomes of drug exposure during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Jenn Tremblay, Registered Physiotherapist
Jenn has a passion for working with children and has spent her entire career thus far working in the field of physiotherapy for children. She has over 13 years of pediatric experience and has worked in both clinic and home care settings, in Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta. She has experience working with all age groups and has completed several post-graduate courses in CME (Cuevas Medek Exercise) Level 1 and Level 2, Pediatric NDT (Neurodevelopmental Treatment), Pediatric Kinesiotape and Pediatric Aquatic Therapy, to name a few.
Jenn graduated from Queen’s University with her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2009. Prior to this, Jenn graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics.
Jenn is a member and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is an ADP authorizer for pediatric mobility equipment.
Outside of her work as a Physiotherapist, Jenn enjoys spending time outside with her husband and 3 young boys who all love to hike, bike and explore the beautiful conservation areas and forests here in Dufferin County.

Jenn works closely with children and their families to assess, provide treatment, and educate patients about a wide range of pediatric conditions including, but not limited to:
-Infant development
-Torticollis and Plagiocephaly
-Neurological conditions (Cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular disorders, spinal cord and acquired brain injuries)
-Gross motor delay including general balance/coordination difficulties
-Genetic/Congenital Diagnoses
-Gait disturbances including toe walking
-Low muscle tone and core instability
